Moreleta Ridge Veterinary Clinic has a fully equipped hospital section where your pet will receive the best of care. This consist of a ‘Dog General Ward’ with 12 secure cages, tiled for optimum cleaning. The ‘Cat and Isolation Ward’ with 5 cages are furnished in a similar manner . While in these cages, your pet will be provided with a blanket, and in the case of cats, an ‘igloo’ and litter box.

To ensure the best of recovery, we have a wide range of foods available, with special provision for very sick cases.

Visits

As with us, recovering pets in hospital also benefit from visits by their owners.  However, such visits should be discussed with the treating veterinarian to ensure that your pet does not become unnecessarily stressed.

Visiting times are Monday to Friday, 12h00 to 18h30.  On weekends, visiting is allowed during practice open hours.
